Your Mission
As Team Leader in Cardiff, you are key to ensuring daily operational excellence, motivating the team, and delivering a seamless luxury experience to every client.
Team Animation & Coaching
- Support, guide, and motivate Fragrance Advisors on the sales floor.
- Uphold and embody the Retail Excellence ceremonial and service standards.
- Contribute to onboarding and continuous training of new team members.
- Act as a role model and operational leader, maintaining team spirit and engagement.

Sales Performance
- Actively contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify client needs and opportunities to drive business results.
- Support the Store Manager in analysing performance and implementing commercial actions.
Operational & Brand Standards
- Supervise daily operations including openings, closings, and stock organisation.
- Ensure impeccable visual presentation and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Represent the Maison with expertise, passion, and elegance at all times.

Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally within niche perfumery or luxury beauty.
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership mindset.
- Keen sense of detail, positive attitude, and true passion for fragrances.
- Fluent in English; any additional language is an advantage.
