Your Mission

As Team Leader in Cardiff, you are key to ensuring daily operational excellence, motivating the team, and delivering a seamless luxury experience to every client.

Team Animation & Coaching

  • Support, guide, and motivate Fragrance Advisors on the sales floor.
  • Uphold and embody the Retail Excellence ceremonial and service standards.
  • Contribute to onboarding and continuous training of new team members.
  • Act as a role model and operational leader, maintaining team spirit and engagement.

Sales Performance

  • Actively contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify client needs and opportunities to drive business results.
  • Support the Store Manager in analysing performance and implementing commercial actions.

Operational & Brand Standards

  • Supervise daily operations including openings, closings, and stock organisation.
  • Ensure impeccable visual presentation and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Represent the Maison with expertise, passion, and elegance at all times.

Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally within niche perfumery or luxury beauty.
  • Previous team coordination or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership mindset.
  • Keen sense of detail, positive attitude, and true passion for fragrances.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is an advantage.
