About the Role

Daylesford, Pimlico is a beautifully curated organic store offering fresh produce delivered daily from our farm in the Cotswolds, alongside a welcoming café serving seasonal dishes and food to go.

As a Retail Team Leader at Daylesford, you will play a key role in leading the shop floor team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will inspire and motivate the team through hands-on leadership, product knowledge and a passion for outstanding service.

Through strong operational standards, attention to detail and a commitment to quality, sustainability and conscious living, you will help bring the Daylesford ethos to life for every customer.

SALARY: £13.83 per hour, plus tronc (Weekly Pay)
HOURS: Full Time 40 Hours

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Daylesford’s brand values.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, maintaining high standards across the shop floor.
  • Share product knowledge and promote Daylesford’s organic and sustainable ethos to customers.
  • Assist with staff training, supervision and team development.
  • Monitor stock levels, merchandising and replenishment to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling and operational compliance.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
