Team Leader - Castle Grange, Scarborough

Location: Castle Grange, 16a Dean Road, Scarborough YO12 7SN

Hours: Permanent, Full-time (38.5 hours per week, alternate weekends)

  • Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living, ensuring comfort, dignity, and personalised care.
  • Guiding and supervising staff, helping new and junior colleagues grow in confidence and skill.
  • Providing emotional, physical, and spiritual support, especially for residents with limited mobility, learning difficulties or behavioural needs.
  • Monitoring wellbeing, offering reassurance and close attention to residents who may be confused or experiencing challenges.
  • Promoting continence and supporting residents with progressive illnesses or end-of-life care.
  • Maintaining accurate care plans and completing daily records in line with company policies.
  • Encouraging hobbies and social activities, helping residents stay connected to the things they love.
  • Responding to calls and enquiries, passing messages promptly and communicating clearly.
  • Liaising with GPs and managers, ensuring every resident receives the right support at the right time.

What We’re Looking For
