An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Community Nursing Service at WIN, based in Poulton-le-Fylde.
We are looking for an experienced community nurse who has a real enthusiasm for caring for patients in their own homes in the band seven team leader role.
- You will be required to lead a team of Community Nurses and manage the day to day, on-going delivery and development of the team.
- The applicant will support the leadership of the service within the structure and will provide a service that is responsive, high quality, supporting practice delivery and continually improving standards within the Clinical Governance agenda.
- You will work with clinical and professional leads to implement best practice and ensure the maximum utilisation of resources to benefit our patients.
- You will be a role model for junior staff, you will be responsible for moving the team into new models of care working with colleagues within your neighbourhood.

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. The Trust provides services to the 440,000 residents of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre and North Lancashire, as well as specialist tertiary care for Cardiac and Haematology patients.
