Team Leader - East Shrewsbury
Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to work across East Shrewsbury. As a Team Leader you will support the Service Manager to oversee the day to day running of three services. One is shared supported living and two single placements, you will ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
Key responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Mentor, coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Conduct audits, spot checks and record this information accurately
- Oversee medication management in line with policy and procedures
- Promote independence, choice and community participation for the PWS
- Coordinate Staff rotas, shift planning and service coverage
- Must have a good understanding of PBS, safeguarding and compliance
- Lead by example in a positive, inclusive culture

- Experience in Adult social care (Level 3 or working towards this qualification)
- Experience leading, supervising & mentoring a team
- Passionate about delivering high quality care
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to motivate others & build positive working relationships
