What You'll Be Doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Support Team Leader on a permanent basis within our Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is based in our Moorgate office in London. In this role you will lead a Client Support pod to deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients and internal stakeholders across Corpay. The role ensures the pod operates effectively, efficiently, and in line with business objectives by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to team members. As the first point of escalation, the Team Leader is accountable for driving performance, maintaining service quality, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Front of House, Operations, and other key business functions, the role supports the delivery of operational excellence, identifies opportunities to improve processes, and helps implement change initiatives that enhance the client experience and business outcomes. The Team Leader plays a key role in developing the capability of the team, embedding Corpay's values, and ensuring the pod is equipped to meet current and future business needs while delivering exceptional client service. You will report into the Option Support Team Lead and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.

Role Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day activities of a Client Support pod, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
- Providing effective leadership, coaching, and support to team members, creating a high-performing, engaged, and customer-focused culture.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for complex client queries, operational issues, and team concerns, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Monitoring individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards, taking appropriate action where required.
- Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, probation reviews, and performance development discussions, identifying coaching and development opportunities to enhance individual capability.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, systems, and skills required to perform their roles effectively.
- Ensuring team compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
- Managing team resource planning, including holidays, absences, and workload distribution, to maintain effective service coverage and operational resilience.
- Promoting and embed operational best practice, ensuring processes are consistently followed and opportunities for improvement are identified and escalated.
- Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Front of House, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales to support efficient client outcomes.
- Supporting departmental change initiatives by embedding new processes, systems, and ways of working within the pod.
- Producing and maintain accurate team records and contribute to operational reporting as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- You will need a minimum of 2 years in a Client Services role.
- Experience working in a dealer support/trade support environment.
- Someone who is honest, flexible and committed. You will be situated on the trading floor, in a fast-paced environment, and exposed and expected to work under pressure at times.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- You will need to be computer literate with strong knowledge of excel, outlook and other Microsoft products.
- You should be prepared for hard work, change and new ideas and keen to learn and develop your professional career here at Corpay.
