Description & Requirements

Bloomberg runs on data. Our products are fueled by powerful information. We combine data and context to paint the whole picture for our clients, around the clock – from around the world. In Data, we are responsible for delivering this data, news and analytics through innovative technology - quickly and accurately. We apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies, and we implement technology solutions to enhance our systems, products and processes - all while providing customer support to our clients.

Our Team

Sovereign debt is the cornerstone of global finance and the largest and most liquid asset class in fixed income. We work closely with Treasuries and Central Banks around the world to onboard their debt securities on Bloomberg in a timely manner, ensuring excellent data quality. Information about the issuance of bonds by governments is time-sensitive and often market-moving, and something a lot of our clients track carefully. By using technology, domain expertise, and relationships with Issuers we aim to be the best data and analytics platform in the market.

What’s the role?

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Team Leader to support coverage of EMEA sovereign debt data. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of data management professionals who deliver automated solutions for our clients. You will set the team’s technical strategy to complement the vision for the domain and deliver high quality data leveraging strong technical, project management and leadership skills. In doing so, you’ll build a close partnership with Engineering, Product, Enterprise, and other various partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
