Estate Team Leader

Permanent

Location: Exchange House, 12 Primrose Street, London

Hours: Mon-Fri 07.00am-18.00pm

Pay: £18.31 per hour


Join Our Team as a Team Leader

This role is required to be the operational interface across the 32-acre Estate. Responsible for all operational matters (security) on the Estate. Responsibility will extend to and interface with the Property Portfolios as the Estate surrounds all buildings. The Team Leader will report to and work very closely with the Estate Customer Security Manager (CSM), Estate Property Manager and their team of duty Managers. The Team Leader will support the CSM five days per week and primarily drive the on-the ground operations.


About The Role

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Understand and ensure KPI measures are met/exceeded and attend KPI monthly meetings
  • Communicate and co-ordinate through chain of command both upwards and downwards
  • Maintain a secure and comprehensive contacts list for all departmental personnel especially in Portfolio
  • Check the checker. Support and ensure the Estate Supervisor can and does meet security compliance
  • Provide interface between Broadgate and Wilson James (CSM and DSM)
  • Work with the Training department to ensure all staff training is timely, compliant and effective
  • Be prepared to support the Portfolio Out of Hours.
  • Produce daily/weekly reports, statistics and documentation relating to the activities of your area of responsibility
  • Manage, mitigate and when required investigate all customer complaints and identify non-conformances and then take or initiate corrective action for the whole Portfolio

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of using a command, control and communication to manage security operations
  • Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from Broadgate, Occupiers, retailers, security staff and management team
  • Hold a valid EFAAW qualification
  • Experience in dealing with multiple issues at once, prioritising and resolving problems
  • Ability to deliver succinct and clear reports both verbally and written
