Family Solicitor or Lawyer | Team Leader | Genuine Leadership Role
Hybrid & Flexible Working | £65-£70k+ | 6-7 PQE+
If you're an experienced Family Solicitor who is ready to take the next step into office leadership, team development and business growth, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.

What you'll be doing
You'll have a broad remit covering both fee earning and leadership, including:
- Managing your own caseload of private Family matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Taking full ownership of your matters, including drafting correspondence and pleadings, preparing for and attending hearings, conferences and instructing Counsel where appropriate.
- Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the office.
- Leading, supporting and developing your own team, creating an environment where people feel motivated, valued and able to perform at their best.
- Setting clear objectives and working with the wider management team to deliver the firm's strategic and growth plans.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
- Taking an active role in wider firm initiatives and contributing to the continued development of the business and much more!
About you
We're looking for an experienced Family Solicitor who is ready to move beyond purely fee-earning and take genuine ownership of an office.

You'll ideally be:
- A qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with at least 6-7 years in Family Law, although we will consider all levels.
- Experienced across a broad range of private Family matters.
- Ideally, someone who has already had any level of supervisory, mentoring or leadership responsibility and is ready to take this to the next level.
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys developing clients, referrals and new business opportunities.
- Calm, empathetic and professional. Highly organised, proactive and capable of balancing fee earning with the demands of leadership.
- Someone who wants to build something, develop people and play an active role in the future direction of an office.
