Shift Pattern: Days/Nights/Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated HCA Team Leader to join our care home team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Healthcare Assistant ready to take the next step, leading shifts and ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating the care team during your shift
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Administering medication (where trained and competent)
- Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Providing guidance, supervision, and support to care staff
- Ensuring compliance with policies and care standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior HCA or Team Leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A compassionate and professional approach
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and care standards
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
