Job Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Holly House School
Are you an experienced TA or HLTA ready for more responsibility and the next step in your career? At Holly House School, our community is built on relationships, ambition, and helping pupils realise their potential. We are looking for a creative, organised, and pupil-centred Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support our careers education, preparation for adulthood, and transitions work for pupils with SEMH needs.
About the Role
This is a practical and purposeful role. You will support pupils in class, help them understand their strengths and future possibilities, coordinate careers activities, support transitions, maintain Compass+ and destination records, and build links with families, providers, employers, and partners.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with strong classroom practice, excellent communication and organisation, and the confidence to work with pupils, families, and professionals.
