It also gives family members and carers a break from their caring roles.
The centre is warm and welcoming, with different bases for service users including Daisy, Bluebell, Jasmin, and Poppy. All bases are decorated with colourful and engaging artwork. We also have a garden for service users, with a greenhouse, sensory walk, and seating area. We also have a communal area for activities, sensory and therapy rooms available for service users that require higher levels of support.
Our team are passionate about their work and having a positive impact in the day-to-day lives of our service users, promoting choice and providing health support, making a real difference to the individuals that access our service. You will join a highly skilled staff team who support people to set and achieve personal goals and aim for positive outcomes. We recognise that some people require high levels of support, but we ensure that they have opportunities to be involved in activities that are meaningful to them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
