TEAM LEADER – HOME CARE
Full-Time or Part-Time
Bracknell, Berkshire | £12.90 per hour
Autumn Search is recruiting on behalf of our client, an established home care provider, for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their team in Bracknell, Berkshire.
You may be an experienced Caregiver, Care Supervisor, Senior Carer, or Care Professional looking to make a change!

Shift Patterns
- Monday to Sunday
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 4:00pm – Midnight
- Paid off-duty on-call rota
