Position: Team Leader

Location: Oxford Street, London
Salary: £15.25 PLUS BONUS
Contract: Full Time – Permanent

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Team Leader is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalised service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

About You:

  • Min 1 year people management experience preferably from a HS fashion background
  • Min 2 years retail experience preferably from a HS fashion background
  • Previous experience managing large teams approx. 20 plus
  • Worked in a high turnover store before
  • Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
  • Flair for VM, brand standards and training
  • Social Media savvy and can further leverage the brands image though it
  • Natural leader and authentic individual
