About The Role…
As a Team Leader you will…
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Water Utilities repair and maintenance operations across Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and exciting business delivering essential water infrastructure services throughout the South West.

You will lead a small operational team carrying out repair and maintenance activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The role involves travelling across the region, coordinating site activities, supporting operatives and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating site teams on repair and maintenance projects.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
- Promoting excellent health, safety and environmental standards.
- Supporting the development and training of team members.
- Liaising with clients, customers and internal teams.
- Completing site documentation and reporting requirements.
About You…
You will be a proactive and reliable individual with previous experience working within the water utilities, civils or infrastructure sectors. You should be comfortable leading teams while also being willing to work alongside colleagues on site.

- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
