Team Leader - Residential Children's Home 📍 Manningtree, Essex
Are you an experienced Residential Children's Care Worker or Senior Residential Support Worker looking for your next step?
We're looking for a Team Leader to join the team at Ivytree House Children's Home, part of Rockhopper Children's Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role while continuing to work directly with children and young people. As a Team Leader, you'll lead shifts, support colleagues in their day-to-day practice and help ensure that children receive safe, consistent and nurturing care.
At Ivytree House, we support children and young people with a range of individual needs and experiences, helping them to build resilience, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

We're looking for someone with
- Experience working within a residential children's home
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience leading shifts or supporting colleagues
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- A positive, resilient and child-centred approach to care
