As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing support to more than 100,000 people each year. We deliver free and confidential Talking Therapies services on behalf of the NHS in Surrey and Kent and Medway - find out more about us here.

This is a fixed term role, until August 2027, working 22.5 hours per week from Wednesday to Friday. Salary will be £33,405.00 FTE per annum pro rata. You will predominantly work from home and must live in the UK to be considered for this role.

Job Opportunity

Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including:

  • Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism
  • Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders
  • Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou’s strategic objectives

This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.

Essential Skills

We’d be excited to see the following in your application:

  • Level 3 or above management qualification
  • Demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies
  • A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others
  • An understanding of the issues facing clients experiencing common mental health problems
  • Resilience, with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and manage competing demands
