What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Service Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Support Workers
- Coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
- Driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
- Participating in the on-call rota and providing leadership when it matters most
What We're Looking For
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
- A positive, proactive, and supportive leadership style
- A passion for developing others and delivering excellent care
- Flexibility to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
- Full UK driving licence
