- Overseeing and coordinating all tasks in the Preparation Stage including:
- Control plate work
- XT1 pin checks
- Door preparation
- Cable making
- Fit Out (Stage 0)
- Leading and organizing daily activities in the preparation area
- Ensuring control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule
- Supporting team members with training and development
- Monitoring quality and safety standards across all tasks
- Communicating effectively with production management and other departments
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of preparation processes
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Reliable, organized, and quality-focused
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and support others
- Competent with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word
