Team Leader – Primary Pack

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our production operations in our Primary Pack Department. This is a fast-paced role that combines leadership with practical involvement on the production floor, ensuring operational targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

You will lead and support a team of Production Technicians within a controlled manufacturing environment, helping to drive productivity, continuous improvement, and team development. The role requires a strong technical understanding of the production area, along with the ability to motivate others and lead by example.

Within this area, you’ll oversee key stages of the manufacturing and inspection process, including product inspection, labelling, sterilisation, and injector assembly. Attention to detail and adherence to GMP and cleanroom standards are essential to ensure products meet the highest quality standards before progressing through production.

You’ll work closely with the Production Managers to support team performance, training, staffing requirements, and process improvements, while acting as a key point of support for technicians across the department.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
