Are you ready to take the next step in your clinical career? An exciting development opportunity awaits an experienced Recovery or Anaesthetic practitioner who is ready to lead the recovery unit with passion and purpose.
At Royal Preston Hospital, we’re looking for motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking professionals who are ready to develop further and want to join us as Team Leaders in our busy Recovery unit. This is your chance to make a real impact—both on patient care and on the professional development of those around you.
Whether you're a Registered Nurse with substantial Recovery experience or a qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), this role is a development opportunity to lead from the front. You’ll guide a talented and committed team, bringing your clinical expertise and leadership skills to life in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a central role in coordinating elective and emergency services. You’ll collaborate closely with anaesthetists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care for every patient every time.
