We're Hiring | Team Leader - Residential Children's Home
📍 Buxton, Derbyshire
I'm delighted to be supporting recruitment for a Team Leader at Limedale House Children's Home, part of Rockhopper Children's Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Children's Care Worker or Senior Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll help lead a dedicated team supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.

We're looking for someone with:
- Residential childcare experience
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience leading shifts or supporting colleagues
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- A resilient, child-centred approach to care
Most importantly, we're looking for someone passionate about helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
