Team Leader – Managed Service Operations
Field Based | Regional UK Travel Required

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader – Managed Service Operations to lead our regional Managed Service team, ensuring outstanding support for healthcare customers across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare theatres, medical devices, or clinical service delivery who enjoys leading people, solving operational challenges, and building strong customer relationships.
As a key member of our Managed Service Operations team, you will lead a team of On-Site Endoscopic Specialists and Contract Support Specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of contracted services across multiple NHS and private healthcare sites.
About the Role
In this highly visible leadership position, you will be responsible for the operational performance of a portfolio of Managed Service contracts, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual commitments.
Working within complex clinical environments, you will lead and support your team, manage resources across multiple sites, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted partner to both customers and internal stakeholders.

This role combines people leadership, operational management, customer engagement, and hands-on support when required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of Managed Service contracts across your region.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of On-Site Endoscopic Specialists and Contract Support Specialists.
- Ensuring service levels, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Supporting the mobilisation and implementation of new Managed Service contracts.
- Planning and coordinating regional resources to ensure effective service coverage.
- Managing operational issues, customer escalations, and service risks.
- Building strong relationships with healthcare customers and key stakeholders.
- Facilitating customer review meetings and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Monitoring operational performance data and reporting on contract delivery.
- Collaborating with Sales, Service, Operations, and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Providing hands-on support within hospital environments when operational needs require.
