ABOUT PEGASUS INTERNATIONAL
Pegasus International (UK) Ltd. is expanding its multidisciplinary LNG and infrastructure advisory team. We are seeking highly experienced professionals for immediate engagement on a major LNG Terminal Project covering feasibility, FEED, technical assurance, commercial and PPP advisory, environmental and social safeguards, procurement, project controls, and transaction execution.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead the integrated advisory team for a major LNG terminal development, coordinating technical, commercial, financial, legal, environmental, procurement, and project-management workstreams from early feasibility through transaction execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall leadership, governance, integration, and quality assurance across all project workstreams.
- Direct feasibility validation, FEED review, PPP/commercial structuring, market engagement, procurement, and negotiation activities.
- Manage multidisciplinary experts, schedules, interfaces, deliverables, risks, client communications, and executive reporting.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, decision-gate reviews, management presentations, and issue-resolution meetings.
- Ensure the technical solution, risk allocation, financing structure, and procurement strategy remain aligned and bankable.
- Oversee bid evaluation, preferred-bidder negotiations, contract finalization, and transition to implementation.
- Deliver structured knowledge transfer and mentoring to project counterparts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, law, or a related discipline; a relevant master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, CP3P, or equivalent is desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional Asian language capability is an advantage.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 18 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 10 years in energy, LNG, gas, port, or major infrastructure advisory.
- Demonstrated experience as Team Leader, Transaction Advisor Lead, or Project Director on at least two complex PPP or project-finance transactions.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary assignments involving FEED, financial modelling, legal agreements, safeguards, and competitive procurement.
- Strong track record advising government entities, national utilities, lenders, investors, or infrastructure developers.
- International experience in the UK, Asia, Middle East, or comparable emerging markets is highly desirable.

WORK LOCATION AND MOBILITY
- Candidates must be willing to work from and support Pegasus offices and project assignments in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Bangladesh.
- International and domestic travel will be required for project meetings, site visits, workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder consultations.
- Candidates must be able to obtain the necessary visas, security clearances, medical fitness, and work authorization; Pegasus will provide reasonable support subject to eligibility and applicable law.
