Role: Team Leader - NEW STORE OPENING - OCT
Location: London Bridge, London
Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term (3 months)
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Who We Are:
Card Cop is bringing the world of card collecting to life with a new retail concept built around football, cards, culture and community.
Our first London store will be a destination for collectors - somewhere to discover products, talk football, share knowledge and connect with people who genuinely understand the excitement of the hobby.
This is our first store, but it's just the beginning. We're looking for a Key Holder to help bring the Card Cop experience to life and set the standard for our Product Expert team.
The Team Leader Role:
You'll be a trusted member of the store team, combining brilliant customer engagement with the confidence to step up, support the team and keep things moving.

- Help lead the shop floor and support the management team
- Bring energy, product knowledge and a genuine love of collecting to every shift
- Create brilliant experiences for collectors and newcomers alike
- Build relationships with customers and help grow the Card Cop community
- Support and motivate Product Experts to deliver consistently high standards
- Bring commercial awareness and help the team identify opportunities to drive sales
- Step up, solve problems and take responsibility when needed
- Help create the energy and standards that make people want to come back

The role would suit someone who is:
- Genuinely passionate about football, cards, collecting or enthusiast-led culture
- Experienced in retail, customer service or another customer-facing environment
- Naturally confident talking to customers and sharing knowledge
- Commercially aware and motivated by delivering great results
- Energetic, adaptable and comfortable working at pace
- Reliable and confident stepping up when additional responsibility is needed
- Excited by the opportunity to help build a new collector community
