Join Change Grow Live Southwark as our Homelessness Team Leader and help shape an existing and developing service supporting people with a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse. You'll work alongside emergency accommodation providers to help people overcome challenges, build stability, and create positive futures.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the Service

This exciting new service provides wraparound support for people experiencing rough sleeping, working closely with emergency accommodation providers to deliver practical, person-centred support. You’ll play a key role in helping people access the services they need, overcome barriers, and move towards greater stability and independence.

About the Role

You will engage with individuals who have a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse, building positive relationships and supporting them to achieve meaningful change.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience of working with people who have multiple and/or complex needs
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach
  • The ability to build trust and engage people who may be hard to reach
  • Empathy, resilience, and excellent listening skills

Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial:

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)

CGL points 31 to 33 (£36,101.10 - £38,114.53)
ILW / OLW / Fringe
Inner London Weighting (£4,236.47)
