We're excited to share an opportunity to join the Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire Children, Young People and Young Adult as a Team Leader (Young Adults).
This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about supporting young adults, developing high-performing teams, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives. You'll have the opportunity to lead service delivery, support staff development, and help young adults achieve positive outcomes within a compassionate and person-centred environment.
