We're looking for an exceptional leader to inspire a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 16–24 and their families.

Where you will work
Location: Nottinghamshire Integrated Service (County-wide)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
As this is a county-wide leadership role, you'll be required to travel between locations across Nottinghamshire to support the needs of the service.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- You'll lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, creating a culture where learning, innovation and continuous improvement become part of everyday practice.
- You'll support colleagues through reflective supervision, strengthen safeguarding practice, oversee quality and performance, develop local partnerships and ensure every young person receives compassionate, person-centred support.
- Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll help shape the future of the service while ensuring young people remain at the heart of every decision we make.
What you'll bring
- You're already an experienced leader within children, young people's, substance misuse, health, social care or related services.
- More importantly, you're someone who believes leadership is about creating opportunities for others.
- You'll bring:
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and operational leadership experience.
- Confidence developing partnerships across education, health, social care and community organisations.
- Experience improving quality, performance and service delivery.
- The ability to coach, motivate and inspire people.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children, young people and families.

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)
CGL points 31 to 33 (£36,101.10 - £38,114.53)
