We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading law firm based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Leicester office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build or continue building a career in residential property. The successful applicant will ideally have some experience of working within a busy residential property team, although this is not essential.
Responsibilities:
This is a varied, full and busy role and will include the following:
- Supporting the Leicester Team
- Dealing with initial paperwork
- Issuing draft contracts
- General administration
- Dealing directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Supporting other members of the team whenever possible
- Post completion responsibilities including the submission of SDLT and Land Registry applications

Requirements:
You will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Some residential conveyancing experience is preferred, and the ability to work within a busy team is essential. You will be IT literate and committed, ideally with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.

Salary:
£38,000 - £48,000
