We are seeking to recruit a Team Manager to join our Customer & Operations Directorate. The successful applicant will lead a Connections team based at our East Depot (Dargan). Whilst this vacancy is based in Dargan we would intend to establish a reserve list in accordance with our Recruitment & Selection Policy and this reserve list may be used to fill similar Team Manager vacancies that arise at other NIE Networks locations.

The Team Manager role is focused on the safe, efficient and effective delivery of work programmes associated primarily with new Connections activities within the East Depot, while also supporting the delivery of smaller Network Investment Programme projects where required. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety standards, improving team performance, maximising productivity and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational work programmes while promoting a strong safety culture and driving high standards of safety performance across the team.
