Team Manager (Best Start Inclusion) | 11007 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £50,166 to £54,277 per annum | Grade L | Countywide (with Countywide Travel)

Are you passionate about inclusion, early intervention, and improving outcomes for young children and families?

Norfolk County Council is looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to join our Prevention and Early Help Service as a Team Manager (Best Start Inclusion).

This is a unique opportunity to lead a newly established county-wide team of Best Start Inclusion Practitioners who will provide flexible, practical, and evidence-based support to children aged 0 to 5 years with emerging additional needs and their families. Working across our network of Best Start Family Hubs, outreach locations, and community settings, you will help ensure children receive the right support at the right time, improving developmental outcomes and reducing inequalities.

Successful candidates will lead and develop a team of 7 to 8 Best Start Inclusion Practitioners, providing professional leadership, supervision, and support to ensure high-quality practice and positive outcomes.
