Are you an experienced qualified Social Worker looking for your next leadership opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager to join our Children in our Care Service, within one of our Thrive teams (aged 0-18) to play a key role in shaping the future of our support for children and young people in our care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Senior Social Workers, providing guidance, support, and contributing to their professional development.
- Work closely with the Service Manager and the Head of Service to ensure the quality of practice and performance in the team are of a high standard.
- Attend meetings with young people and external partners when required, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs met, whilst driving service development by implementing new processes and updating guidance to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure children and care leavers receive the best possible support.

Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with strong leadership skills.
- Experience of managing teams and supporting staff development.
- Passionate about improving services for children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
