Team Manager - Court Assessment Team
Pro Social Partners are working in partnership with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to recruit a Team Manager for their Court and Assessment Team.
This is a full time permanent leadership role for an experienced manager who can hold a court facing team to a high standard.
The role
- Leading and supervising a team of social workers through care proceedings
- Quality assuring court reports, assessments and care plans
- Managing risk and threshold decisions across the team
- Supporting the development and wellbeing of your practitioners

About You
- Registered with Social Work England
- A recognised social work qualification
- Significant post qualifying experience including supervision or management in children's services
- Strong knowledge of public law and care proceedings

The package
- Salary of £59,298 per year
- £2,500 annual retention payment
- A permanent leadership role in an established east London service
