JOB PURPOSE
The team at Burberry is looking for a Team Manager to join our Edinburgh boutique working within a strong team of 7 colleagues in delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences. Working closely with the wider store leadership team, you will inspire high performance, foster a culture of service excellence, and drive commercial success across all product categories.

As a visible presence on the shop floor, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues while championing Burberry's values and commitment to exceptional client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence boutique performance, develop talent, and contribute to the continued success of one of the world's most recognised luxury brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and commercial results.
- Drive boutique performance by maximising opportunities across all product categories, clienteling and services.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous development through regular coaching and feedback.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised and elevated Burberry experience.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement actions to achieve targets.
- Act as a Burberry Ambassador on the shop floor, consistently championing brand values, standards and customer excellence.

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous experience leading teams within a luxury or high end customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals to achieve their potential.
- Commercially aware with clienteling experience.
- Skilled in building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Confident operating in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail, service excellence and representing the Burberry brand.
