Team Manager for Children with Disabilities
As Team Manager for Children with Disabilities, you will lead and support a team of social workers and practitioners delivering services to disabled children, young people and their families across Nottingham.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality social work practice, effective safeguarding and timely decision-making, enabling children and families to access the support they need to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across social care, education, health, and partner agencies, you will promote collaborative working, support continuous improvement and ensure services are responsive to the diverse needs of children and young people with disabilities.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic manager with experience of working with children with disabilities and their families. You will bring strong practice leadership, a commitment to developing and supporting staff and a focus on delivering high-quality, strengths-based services.
You will play an important role in ensuring children and young people receive effective support that promotes their wellbeing, independence and inclusion, while helping them remain connected to their families and communities wherever possible.
