Position

The Team Manager manages a team on the sales floor, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and targets are achieved. Coordinates team execution, supports performance and maintains consistency in client experience and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities

Brand & Desirability Experience — Powered by Brand Sensitivity, Product Knowledge, Building Desirability

  • Be the ambassador of Loro Piana to our clients, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, heritage and the cultural values which are an intricate part of our Maison.
  • Express enthusiasm for the heritage, stories and products of LP and promote their craftmanship, uniqueness and exceptional value.
  • Ensure high standards of store environment, visual presentation and operational excellence in all activities.
