JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Team Manager to lead our Accessories department within Harrods, one of the world's most iconic luxury retail destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on building client relationships, creating commercial opportunities and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

At Burberry, our Team Managers operate with the mindset of a business owner, taking ownership of their department's performance while bringing fresh ideas, energy and creativity to drive growth. Working closely with the Store Manager, concession partners and Personal Shopping teams, you will play a key role in elevating the client experience, strengthening clienteling and unlocking new opportunities for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire the Accessories team to deliver exceptional service, commercial performance and the full Burberry experience.
  • Drive department growth through proactive clienteling, local activations and innovative initiatives that build awareness and engagement.
  • Develop a strong client book and create meaningful relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, concession managers, Personal Shopping teams and wider Harrods stakeholders to maximise opportunities and performance.
  • Coach, develop and empower team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and on-the-floor leadership.
  • Monitor trading performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions that drive sales, productivity and customer engagement.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a luxury retail team, with a passion for developing people and building high-performing environments.
  • A strong clienteling mindset with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships and grow a loyal customer base.
  • Commercially aware, with the confidence to identify opportunities and take initiative to drive business performance.
  • Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced department store or luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, drawing inspiration from both within and outside the luxury industry to continuously enhance the client experience.
