JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Team Manager to join our team at Heathrow Terminal 3. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who understands the unique pace and complexity of an international airport environment. Leading a small team on the shop floor, you will inspire exceptional service, drive commercial performance and build lasting client relationships with a global luxury customer base. As a Burberry ambassador, you will play a key role in creating an elevated customer experience while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial objectives.
- Drive individual and store performance across all product categories through effective goal setting, feedback and performance management.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience consistently, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the brand.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local and international clients, creating opportunities for long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure smooth daily operations within a fast-paced airport retail environment, balancing customer service, compliance and operational priorities.
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, providing visible leadership, supporting team development and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Strong understanding of the airport retail environment and the ability to adapt to its unique operational demands.
- Proven experience in luxury clientelling and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Previous leadership experience within luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
- Confidence in motivating, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across diverse customer and colleague groups.
- Results-focused with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
