JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Team Manager to join our Heathrow Terminal 4 store, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving commercial success. Working closely with your team on the shop floor, you will inspire a culture of service excellence, fostering meaningful client relationships while bringing Burberry’s values to life every day. This role combines people leadership, client engagement and operational excellence to maximise store performance across all product categories. As a Burberry ambassador, you will create an environment where both clients and colleagues can thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach and develop team of 3 to deliver exceptional service and elevated client experiences.
  • Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Foster a client-centric culture that builds long-term relationships and encourages client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained, supporting an efficient and premium store environment.
  • Champion Burberry’s values and brand vision, inspiring the team through visible leadership on the shop floor.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience leading teams within a customer-focused retail environment.
  • Strong ability to inspire, coach and develop individuals to achieve their potential.
  • Knowledge of Heathrow operations and clienteling within an airport environment.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client experience and business objectives.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Passion for luxury retail, exceptional service and delivering memorable customer experiences.
