Job Purpose
We are hiring a Team Manager to join Burberry's Regent Street flagship at a defining moment in its evolution. Following a significant multi-million-pound investment and transformation, this iconic global flagship is entering an exciting new chapter, offering an elevated luxury environment designed to deliver exceptional experiences for clients from around the world. As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey, inspiring a high-performing team and driving commercial success. Partnering closely with the Store Director, Assistant Store Director and fellow leadership team members, you will bring luxury service excellence to life through strong client development, people leadership and a relentless focus on creating meaningful client relationships that drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional luxury experiences that reflect the very best of Burberry.
- Drive category performance and commercial results through active shop floor leadership, coaching and clear performance direction.
- Develop a culture of clientelling excellence, empowering the team to build lasting relationships and grow a loyal client base.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey, ensuring every interaction is personalised, memorable and aligned to the elevated flagship experience.
- Partner closely with the wider leadership team to execute business priorities and deliver outstanding operational and commercial outcomes.
- Champion Burberry Behaviours and support the growth, development and engagement of your team through continuous coaching and feedback.

Personal Profile
- Proven experience leading teams within a luxury fashion, luxury retail or premium client-focused environment.
- Strong clientelling expertise, with a track record of building high-value relationships and driving repeat business.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate client experience into strong sales performance and business growth.
- A confident and inspiring people leader who develops talent through coaching, collaboration and accountability.
- Passionate about luxury service, with a strong understanding of the standards expected within a global flagship environment.
- Adaptable, proactive and energised by the opportunity to contribute to a landmark retail destination and ambitious growth journey.
