Job Purpose
We are hiring a Team Manager to lead our Men's Wear team within the iconic Selfridges London store. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key luxury category, driving commercial performance while creating exceptional and memorable experiences for clients from around the world. As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing a high-performing team, elevating clientelling activity, and strengthening long-term client relationships. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will help shape the future success of Men's Wear within one of the world's most recognized luxury retail destinations.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional luxury service and achieve ambitious commercial goals.
- Drive category performance through visible shop floor leadership, performance management, and regular coaching.
- Build a culture of client development, ensuring the team proactively nurtures long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Create elevated and personalized client experiences that reflect Burberry's luxury standards and brand values.
- Support operational excellence by overseeing floor coverage, stock management, transfers, and execution of business priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership colleagues across Selfridges to deliver a seamless client experience and maximize commercial opportunities.

Personal Profile
- Experience leading a team within luxury retail, premium retail, or a highly service-focused customer environment.
- Strong clientelling capability with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of how exceptional client experiences contribute to business performance.
- A collaborative leader who motivates others through coaching, development, and clear communication.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
- Passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and delivering consistently high standards.
