We are looking for an exceptional Team Manager to lead our integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Service within a busy remand prison setting.

This is a unique and highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs. As Team Manager, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Working within a fast-paced environment characterised by high patient turnover, diverse presentations, and increasing clinical complexity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, effective, and responsive care across the stepped care model. You will provide visible leadership, operational oversight, and professional support.
