As a Team Manager in Adult Social Care, you will oversee Occupational Therapy teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional community and post discharge interventions. You will play a crucial role in meeting service targets while managing budgets effectively. This is your chance to engage with strategic partners and make a real impact in our community.
In This Pivotal Role, You Will
- Lead and Inspire: Provide operational management and strong leadership to Occupational Therapy teams.
- Engage and Collaborate: Work closely with health partners, district councils, and the voluntary sector to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold national and departmental frameworks, legislation, and policies in service management.
- Drive Performance: Implement service plans and monitor team performance to meet quality assurance standards.
- Champion Change: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within your team.

To Thrive In This Role, You Should Possess
- A degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant area.
- A comprehensive understanding of adult social care legislation and policy.
- Proven experience in operational management and service delivery within a local authority or health setting.
- Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
