The Role
This isn’t just about running a shift it’s about creating moments and making the whole restaurant come alive.
As a Team Manager, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll lead the team, set the tone and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing, feels supported and is having a great time while delivering an amazing experience for our guests.
We’re all about personality. Bring your energy, your confidence and your own style to the floor. You’ll be the one working the room, checking in on guests, spotting opportunities to make their experience even better and bringing a little pizzazz to every shift.
You’ll be hands-on: leading from the front, keeping the team motivated, making sure service runs smoothly and stepping in wherever you’re needed. You’ll know what’s happening across the floor, keep the energy high and make sure both guests and the team leave feeling great.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
