This role plays a key part in leading and developing the sales team, combining commercial insight with inspiring people leadership. Through real-time coaching and hands-on floor leadership, you will help bring Burberry Behaviours to life for both clients and colleagues.RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner closely with the management team and advisors to drive category performance and commercial results. Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team on the shop floor to deliver consistently elevated customer experiences. Drive sales goal attainment through active floor presence and real-time performance coaching. Role model Burberry Behaviours, embedding brand values into daily ways of working. Support talent development through regular feedback, coaching and performance conversations. Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment within the Regent Street store.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven experience leading teams within a fast paced premium or luxury retail environment. Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how to drive category performance and sales outcomes. Confident coaching others in the moment, with a people-centred and supportive leadership style. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships. Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a varied flagship environment. Aligned with Burberry values and motivated by purpose-led luxury.
