Salary: £56,883 to £59,198 (pro-rata equivalent £23,061 to £23,999)
Hours: 15 hours per week
Location: Cumberland-Wide (Location to be agreed on appointment)

About This Opportunity
As Team Manager for Adoption Support, you will lead and develop a high-performing team delivering high-quality adoption support services across the Regional Adoption Agency. You will be responsible for ensuring children, adopted adults and adoptive families receive timely, effective and therapeutic support that promotes stability, resilience and positive outcomes.

You will provide operational leadership, supervision and professional guidance to social workers and support staff, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with legislation, regulations, National Minimum Standards and agency policies.
This role is available on a permanent basis.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is:
- Enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check.
