GMMH Talking Therapies Division

GMMH Talking Therapies Division is a large Talking Therapies reporting service for people experiencing common mental health disorders. We consist of Employment Advisors, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Counsellors and Psychologists.

Job Opportunity: Clinical Team Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join our service as a Clinical Team Manager in our Trafford Talking Therapies service on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day management and leadership Trafford Talking Therapies.
  • Provide line management supervision to staff within the service.
  • Deputise for/support the Operational Manager with other aspects of service development and delivery.
  • Be involved in the recruitment, training and retention of staff.
  • Work closely with HR to support staff within the team and to implement HR policies where required.
  • Chair Team Meetings.
  • Support the ongoing development of the team through identifying learning opportunities with the wider management team.
