As a Team Manager, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, leading your own team within a fast-paced, highly automated operation. You don’t need years of management experience – we’re looking for people with energy, ambition and the confidence to bring out the best in others.
You’ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping your area running safely and smoothly, supporting your team and working with different departments across the business to deliver a great experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Lead your own team from day one, creating a positive, engaging and high-performing environment.
- Get hands-on experience working within an industry-leading automated operation.
- Coach and support your team, helping people develop and perform at their best.
- Take ownership of your area and help deliver key performance targets, customer expectations and service levels.
- Work alongside teams across the wider business, building your network and understanding of how a large-scale operation works.
- Spot opportunities to do things better and bring your own ideas to the table.
- Make sure safety is always the number one priority for your team and everyone working within your area.
