We are looking for a flexible and passionate Team Manager to work for our Wiltshire location, the successful candidates will be required to work across Salisbury and the local area. As a Team Manager you will be able to self-manage and work collaboratively in the best interests of the individuals we are supporting and liaise with their relevant multi-disciplinary professionals when required.
The Team Managers will be expected to have on-call responsibilities and support the individuals in their own homes, building and maintaining relationships with each person as well as providing visible leadership to the staff teams.
