Position: Team Manager, Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Location: Gt Yarmouth Hub
Are you passionate about making a difference? We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team at our Gt Yarmouth Community Hub for adults with learning and physical disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and support individuals to live their lives to the fullest!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff to deliver outstanding care
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that supports individual choice and independence
- Collaborate with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals
- Manage team schedules and provide hands-on support as needed
